I will now deduce what happened using the Sicilian method of reasoning perfected by the master of debate: Vizzini.

Clearly the corpse was found on the second floor of a timber house, so we can safely assume you have the means to feed yourself. This means murder.

Yet, you live with Vigilance, so clearly you have problems with your brain, so we can also assume you starved yourself to death.

Then we look at the fact that you have no items but a backpack which raises the likelihood of theft followed by murder.

But we see from your name that you are a doctor. Doctors often lose sight of priorities and forget to acquire proper nutrition, thus we can conclude the cause was starvation.

Also, you are naked and obviously homosexual, which means you have most likely copulated with Vigilance and probably caught the Hiv. That would rule out starvation in favor of murder.

Finally, we come to the fact that you live with someone named Moxi. Moxi is probably a street name for a pusher that distributes Oxycodone and everyone knows that pillheads often forget to bathe and eat so we can safely rule out murder and declare that you died of hunger.

In conclusion, never go in against a Sicilian when DEATH is on the line!
