Since the OP is a derp and didn't give a place to find their scents, we went looking based on the word he gave, "neighbors."
Literally just across the river we found what I suspect to be OP's place with scents around it. We broke all the perp's HFs and summoned one more.


After more searching in hopes of finding more perps to summon, we came across an open minehole and some theft scents. We tracked it back to inside what I assume is OP's place?
