Trolling. Says random untrue crap in every congress thread

Well reviewing his lastest posts in congress, he only got obnoxious during June 23 in regards to the post "Please don't ram us" thread though it died down a bit somewhat afterwards. Falsehood isn't entirely uncommon in Congress thread either. While, in my opnion, this is more ground for a warning during the particular time, I do not believe that a ban should be issued

Also this seems to be better suited for the "Plea for moderation" thread instead of derailing this thread here.
