Why? after DIS raid I am the only one actually playing there and I never ever did other than farming.
Have to say though that little farming after DIS killed my farmer. Being me a complete noob, my farmer was my only semi-valuable toon.
That after demolishing my houses and trashing all I had, of course I had to start over.

Some few remaining players moved elsewhere and everyone else quited.
If what you want is to answer hard to Grape, this is not the way as she quited long ago. Even Bear logs very, very little, takes a look and goes away to play other games.
Everyone took their stuff elsewhere or gave it to friends and destroyed what was left, so there are no valuables, I think you can know it since former ER inhabitants live at AD now.
