Andreas was helping out with breaking in. You were not killed since he did not want you to be killed and did not tell anyone the coords of the place. I recall I asked him for help just before and he couldn't come to build my palisade to help break his friend (vigilance) a brickwall.
Then Andreas returned and continued assisting me. Afterwards I have received a message from a newb that he's being attacked and the coords of his place. So, gathered some people and travelled to the place, entered the house and there were 2 guys left. 1 escaped, while Vigilance was KOed. It s natural for us to want the cape on this guy, but we were also asked by Andreas to not touch him. Were talking to Vigi for 20 minutes. Killed him since he did not move.
Also, we did not kill the person who asked for the help when we came. So, your words kind of noncence, since:
- at the time the q 140 would not be possible to exist. Only nowadays the max. q. ones I have seen are q 143;
- we are the richest faction, we do not need to kill someone for thanes specially.

I think you are talking about the next day possibly. The night b4 is when everything big was happening. The initial breaking there was no A/D members. Vigi went back to kill the guy and get his thanes. He had some sort of personal thing going on. The only reason me and death were there that night was to get this guys high q thanes which we were told were 130-140. This guy was not a noob and was known as a thief or some sort of criminal scum type. I didn't get into the drama of it but there was alot of shit talk from everyone there across the walls. the only reason dis showed up was to get vigi's cape and yes you did kill the people you showed up to help and took the thanes.

There was a wooden house, Vigilance inside and the guy (who asked for the help and I said not to kill him) sitting in a chair talking to Vigilance. I was told there was one more guy which simply runed away when JC arrived first of all of us.

I do not recall. They were around 100ish. But not 140 or even 120. Once again, the max. q of thanes were around 125 at the time. And noone except for Ainran and Dis were able to craft this high.

It's also common knowledge to not have anything of value while OPERATING around your group. If you didn't kill him why would you not return his thanes since they have no value to you?
