Small brickwalls do confer some of the same advantages of more optimized hearthvaults; easy to check for rams, anonymity. However since the bugram discovery simple square brickwalls apart from on small islands lose the first advantage, so I guess mvpeh is correct and that has to be a trading idol.

The owner forgot to build his HF and was summoned for his crimes with his keys in his inventory i believe ;)
