Is it rammable and is there space to build a ram? Yes? Then it's legal.

Its totally legal, its like putting banners all around your wall but a tiny section for a ram.

If that stake disallows exiting and the victim is trapped in with his HF... damn... that means not even a remote village invite could save them since it can't be done when people are inside.

The sprint might get a player out of the stake. I haven't tried it. If he owns the stake then to get back inside he can easily just remove and replace that stake. If it's not his claim well, then it's not his anymore at least.

For the people who still don't get it,
He uses his alt's hf to guard the cave and his alt's stake to guard the house.
His criminal acc is stuck in the house, untill he declaims and replaces claim.
Which isnt too hard when you go around hunting noobs.

don't think you get it, if its his alts hf only his alt can go in the mine, he can't. going around hunting noobs nets you pretty much nothing so how does that make anything easier?

@Chak, guess if he owns it and he has a hf inside he can travel inside and sprint out of stake, hadn't considered that part...but I've been stuck on doors alot even with nothing in front of them, didn't know about the sprinting away option before this thread

While this is technically legal that it is rammable and the structure is even bashable, at this point of the game, almost no one has reached the requirement of bashing the house yet and it will be easy to check for rams around the house so this is basically an impoverished version of a hearthvault which is as effective as a palisade hearthvault without a village idol.

I am inclined to agree with Patch here. Also, once again I don't get why people cling to this arbitrary rule Jorb once made. I am fairly certain if he had the time and was in the right mood he would bomb every single vault dweller right to hell. No matter if it is a claim stake in front of your door or a 3d vault with alternating entrances that fights back. At least it is how I assume it would go. Unfortunately (or lucky for you abusing shitheads) he has neither the time nor the will to police in HnH right now.

Declaim, build new claim. It is pretty cheap.
