If i dont remember wrong, that clay node was always protected ilegally, all the mudflat tiles were paved/grass planted, and the peak tile was covered with a statue, which is pretty much the same as statuing around it.

Grassing and paving isn't illegal... There were 2 peak tiles and one was statued over, the other was left to be dug from. That's not illegal.

That just means you couldn't totally destroy it in one round. You could break in and destroy the main tile thus forcing me to unblock the second one and then assault a second time for the total destruction. Not anymore I guess.
