It would be my word against yours, so I won't bother debating what happened. You did seem rather upset that I had killed Goochy and I would like to clarify, that it was not only Nao whom was part of the gank, most of the Ainran sqaud was there, only one I can't remember being there was JC - Redell/Valten showed up closer to the end.
Why you asked for help I'm not sure, you seemed confident you could beat me 1 on 1, and from my combat history you can tell I was going to show up alone, why invite your whole ganksquad?
As for Goochy leading you into a trap with Dis, you had been hanging out with her long before that encounter, if I do recall correctly you even asked her to marry you with a Ring of Brodgar (jewelry) in game on a mountain. -_- I'm pretty sure you 100 % trusted her and that the retaliation was indeed because I murdered her.

This seems funny to me as I discussed the attack with Valten, while I can't recall what was actually said, I'm sure I mentioned Goochy in there somewhere - You still unintentionally held hands with Dis.
