Knockout, take all his stuff and gave to victim of that scents/random ppl/drop it in water. Next time, when you find his scents - just kill?

Wait, you're seriously going to remove all claims that aren't 20x20? You'd lose over half your population if you did something like that. 20x20 is far too constrictive, even for something like Brodgar that's only meant for fun.
