I have traded with you, as you stated. We didn't have a problem. At that time we had not requested help from ML, so there were no issues.

On the other hand. This bull about me mouthing off to ML is ridiculous. I knew I should have taken SS's of the chat messages, but I didn't, its whatever. ML had no reason to attack and definitely no reason to kill my characters.

A solution to not being able to enforce rules for whatever reason (may be lack dedication, activity, power, trust, etc) is to not have any rules that may be cumbersome to enforce.
