You seem to have a slight misconception of anarchy: it excludes reign! You probably wanted to say: now chaos will reign.

Anarchy and Chaos aren't the same ... while anarchy has orders (be it just : "i don't want to rule or don't be ruled" - ) - chaos is the absence of any order.

But what we have now isn't anarchy (there are still some that want to rule) nor chaos as there is "Darwinism - survival of the fittest" as an order which we had before already - exploiting to the max isn't anything but following pure Darwinism ...
