When I started this town I looked forward to it being a place where people can get together, have some fun, and learn to play. And maybe die in the process. It's been a fun ride. I'm sure we have all learned and died a lot. But quite frankly I don't feel like sticking around in the town anymore given the circumstances. Those circumstances being that the current LS can't find it in himself to at least show a bit of respect to somebody who started the town that he now sees fit to rule how he wants. Mate, enjoy your town.

:(

The original concept was a lovely idea, i'm sorry it didn't work out.

To those of you left behind, I am now lawspeaker of a large bwalled location, with good quality soil, and plenty of room. (Existing seed quality is probably better than whatever you have unless its over 100Q, so just bring a few of your best belongings). If you are also considering leaving the town, then please PM me for information. If I know you are a decent type, you are welcome to come. I am hoping that we can make a Brodgar like atmosphere where people are welcome regardless of skill level. In time we might allow immigrants ala the Gondor thread idea, if we can get enough strong players to move in to protect the outside.

Good luck. :)

I actually had given LS to Avulsio until he quit, and I've been either waiting for his return or a better lawspeaker to show up.

I never intended to keep the position for as long as I have, because quite frankly (as you can hopefully tell) I hate people.

Then why are you trying to take over a band of anarchists and control them?

Elaborate? I don't see how I'm trying to control a mass of people that I largely ignore.

I STILL don't entirely grasp your point. Just because I'm saying I'm the most valid candidate in the current situation doesn't mean I'm saying I'm trying to control this slobbering mass so much as I'm trying to keep them all from mass-suicide.

wow, vigi, what kind of horrible situation is that? lol
you do know you could always re-appoint chief, right? just give one to gunnar or whoever decent but not in your timezone for now, so youll have less "angry" time too. you could always switch back to avulsio when(or if) he is back. its sad to see this project gets ruined by misunderstanding.

Brodgar One - Stayed for entirety of its existence (which was short)
Brodgar Two - Same again - everybody quit when it was raided.
Brodgar Three (Worlds End) - I got bored of the game as a whole and left H&H after a month I think, but after the town had already started to stagnate because of bad design choices. I never went somebody else to play with buddies like had been inferred.
