Well, I was lucky enough to log in immediately after the May 19th massacre rather than in the middle of it.
It was pretty scary to log in and see ten white dots on my radar - then realize they are all dead and rotting.
Any chance we have a face or name behind the act yet? So far all I've heard is speculation.

I'll remember this day  RIP Mawr, Bryn, Eleanor, and all the other ones I couldn't recognize.

I welcome you back, Yolan! If we ever happen to be online at the same time you can pm me for assistance setting back up.

hey everyone has had those rage quit moments, atleast yolan has the nerve to come back.

besides its not like there is much to abandon in the slum of Brodgar ;)

the leadership on the other hand, I really wish we had somebody running around actively oathing people again. so many people die and then need to get there new chars back into the village chat, plus there's still new ppl showing up that don't know what to do and need the village chat to pull them into the loop

I left on a whim, with Yolan. As I liked what he had originally done but he abandoned it due to some drama, he is now returning.
I left my home and left the door open as I thought I wouldn't be coming back. I was tempted to return home but, it seems someone already claimed my home.
I don't think I'll be bothering anymore but Brodgar was really fun and I'm happy I met so many amazing people!
Enjoy my humble abode whoever took it.

Just wondering... who is left in Brodgar alive right now after the massacre? Is there anything to actually come back to?

People who are interested in this type of town still could band together and hunt for a new location if the current one is finished.

Round Two anybody? I thought I had round two lined up (Brodgar + Bwall) but that didn't work out...

I'm alive at Brodgar. But only because I didn't log on for some time. I just can't play in town with such LS, who steals stuff from own villagers. (I'm talking about EV2 who was robbed).
Yesterday I spoke with maurice about joining to you... But still I need some time to have a rest.
BTW, why that round two with BWall didn't work?

"new location"
?

Unless that is needed/related so some resource issues, it sound like just giving up, running away.
If its to re-acquired a location that's unknown to those that are haunting a city. Its only a temporary solution ... In time they will find it again.

Either make is more difficult to gain access (walls and such)
Or in the case of a city without walls. Make the potential price to pay for messing with it higher. (player count can matter.)

... Listing to nea-sayers always ends in defeat. ...

What happened? Did a group of people in Brodgar just raid everyone?

Brodgar... once an active city, now lays in ruins. The enemy have did what they seeked, they destroyed civilization. Barbarians now have full control of this world.
