I meant it was the right decision for himself. He seems to be doing fine where he is now.

i don't have any clue why people are so hot-headed after world 5
you all make it look like pandemonium was just a village full of shmucks, which is soooo untrue.

man. i don't look at anything bad. i see the fun building in the beginning and the village going out on raids with other friends.

i see the beauty of neat designs and artwork and the excitement for quality races and discovering new things.

most importantly, i see the beauty of some of the people there. idk why so many people are uptight.

and this whole crap about relationships ending with a world... that is simply ridiculous
a new world is a clean slate... sure.. but it's a clean slate to start a village and alter relationships over time.

people don't just forget/forgive when you helped them out in a previous world or when you killed them. that shit stick just like any relationship in real life. if anything, relationships are the only realness in a virtual game. if i break up with my girlfriend and then the next day pretend there's some clean slate between us and all is peachy, i'd be looked at as insane.

haven and hearth is not a world like men and black where one little flash of red wipes your memory of past events.

Wow. I almost cried there. ;)

Seriously, though, ewlol's right. There's fun to be found everywhere if you don't piss the entire world off. There's something to be said about "picking new teams" each world, though. You can learn a lot about competition and other people by changing things up just to change them up. It's hard to do this with life, but easy to do in games.

I never meant to discredit the entire time in Pande, far from it. I completely agree with Ewlol. Has been a fun ride all in all.

The second part of his emotional speech there is exactly my point though. You don't just forget the social relationships forged in this game since they are the only real thing about it. It simply disappointed me that some people do not value them the slightest bit and throw them away the second they can spill some pixel blood.

Each individual is entitled to their own styles but in the end we are players (and testers in this case). As a given example, if I had been a guest resident in Ainran in the 5th world. I should still be entitled to still be able to play my own style. While I am still friends with the people there as an individual, I could still be their enemies in world 6.

Also, in a sense it is a role we play in different worlds but in another, it is not as sometimes the role or style may be consistent especially if derived from within our psyche. As a given example, while I do not abhor conflicts, I am not a fan of amount of chaos and very much an analytical individual. I would not be able to easily adapt the style of ALWAYS.

However some embers are hard to put out and and due to the unpredictability of the world in terms of conflict, paranoia is high in amount and such memories of some individual that has been clashed with or had unpleasant experience can be hard to push down. The most prominent example is the persistent of two sides that will almost predestined to butt heads such as Burgingham's organization and NNN.

However as varied as the gamestyle of each individual is, there is no incorrect way of playing this game (except illegal hearthvaults and arguably some unreported game-breaking exploits). You can start a new slate on the next world or you can still retain some memories. I play my style, Nao play his, Sarah plays hers, LadyGoo has another, and Painhertz has something else. I may not necessarily agree with some of the policies out there but I still respect their choice as their own.

Sure it's their choice but if their choice is not to honor past alliances and connection then it is also my choice to never trust them again. This is basically what it boils down to. I need 100% trust from the people I play with. I value my time and the time of the people around me a lot more than I value the cheap giggles of one person who thinks it's funny to switch sides on a whim.

And I suppose I wouldn't ask for you to have it any other way. The reason we attacked though which you might not know, Is not because we wanted to backstab Pandemonium for a fresh start, but because Oddity and MonkeyTofu apparently had plans to attack us, but we knew we were in a better position then them, and as such, used it.
