No idea who or what Dis are.. I think they should have their own page on the wiki though seen as they are getting bigger and apparently are the only thing spoken about now.

With the exception of the developers, factions and players should not have an individual wikia website unless mention specifically due to something linked by them such as Blaze's statue.
