The issue is that the HnH community;
A) Can't decide an overriding doctrine of what is acceptable
B) Can't organize that doctrine into some form of action.
C) We're normally too busy being selfish douchebags to care.

That's not going to change any time soon, and to impose rules on the freeform game would be to limit and destroy what it is. This all being an experiment and a fun project, by deciding what's right and wrong, labeling things morally ambiguous, and by allowing certain people free reign in a broken system, that will never change.

So, we can remove the bugs we know of, but there will always be exploits of some form.

1: How exactly does a person protect themselves against the bear + bugram tactic?
2: So any village with 3 brick walls is illegal? As it would take building 3 rams?( or the use of 3+ bugrams)
3: Jodan coles gets to decide what is illegal?
