How to make a legit thread in congress

There have been a lot of cry baby threads in congress board in world 4. Now the mods are taking the offensive to put a stop to them and just lock the thread. Guide to not get your thread locked.

1: Topic name. Follow the forum rules and try to make the topic name more professional.
2: Content. Include screenshots and a background story or recap in your thread to bring the reader up to speed on the situation. Don't post bullshit with no context.
3: Coordinates. If you are posting a topic asking for help due to being raided, also include coordinates/location on the map. Seriously. We aren't mind readers.
