Looking to Hire a few Good Men

I'm about ready to wrap up my time in HnH, but would like to leave in a productive way. A thug has moved into the area near my hermitage, setting up a palisade and village idol in short order, and has begun attacking and murdering local newbies. His motivation seems to be control of a nearby q50 swamp, and his own general amusement. I'm no warrior, so I'm looking to outsource.

I'll offer the goods I've obtained this world so far to the group who kills the miscreant and walls in his village idol. I believe the most valuable of what I have to offer is:
-20 bars of steel, 16 wrought iron, 16 cast iron (q 13-17, generally)
-3 flotsams, 4 toadstools
-A stone mansion's worth of straw
-3 large chests
-6 hardened leather and wax for another 5
-Other typical hermit stock

Details about the miscreant:
-Wears a bear cape/necro robe, fights unarmed. Doesn't seem especially skilled, and could probably be dispatched easily be an experienced PvPer
-Is palisaded.
-Claims to be part of a larger, unspecified group. Haven't seen anyone else, but this is likely true based on how quickly he was able to set up his idol.
