Anyone knows about "Normad"?

Hello, well story is this newbie was walking around my walls dropping a bunch of trespassing scents.
I didn't mind and just greeted him and had a nice talk, later he offers me a free boat and I spawn an alt and grab it (of course it was a trap)
After this happens he gets mad and treathens me saying that the village "Normad" is going to raid me.
I don't really care since it's probably a lie, but I'm just curious, anyone know who these guys are?

Normad is a Galaxy Angel character so the guy is probably from some touhou loving korean village. Either way I would be careful when going out of your walls and check for rams/cp's occasionally.

Sorry I didn't make it clear but no, according to the guy "Normad" is a village.

A better question is who doesn't love touhou? Besides the people who are bad at it that is.

That is what I meant too. They supposedly named their village after this character which leads me to believe they may be Korean.

I knew it was a lie. Ah well, I found 3 bears on the way there

I guess so but best case normad does exist but it was just some random guy that saw that village and thought he would scare me.
