so I logged in a few minutes ago to find that my HF (located near the curio house) had been smashed and I was forced to spawn in the wilderness. G and M (I think you know who I mean?) Know nothing and I am not aware of commiting an illigitimate action, so Im looking for answers please, thanks

There have been many this world, all along the lines of either, 'oh noes I ded' to, 'oh noes I kicked out, and dead' to, 'oh noes forum post with the name Karun Ang for whatever reason, and I'm probably dead'.

I am in no way affiliated with Karun Ang, but simply put, you don't need to commit illegitimate actions to be on the receiving end of an injustice. Players in HnH can and will kill you, break your things, and do ungodly things with your chickens simply because they have that power.
