Palibasher/s spotted

Postby Conde » Fri Feb 10, 2012 4:27 pm

I spotted a raiding party around X:5 Y:-87

One of them was a palibasher (Banhammer and all), They took down the wall of a village and killed all of the residents.

This happened two days ago, have an eye on this area.

Its pretty silly if someone can take out a palisade without a ram.

The theory behind that is that's what a brick wall is for.

in all reality it wouldnt be too terribly hard considering to wiggle a few logs dug into the ground around enough to just hop through. It's just wood.

Its tree trunks, stuck together with dried bone glue (known for its super adheisive properties), bound with rope, and supported by the rest of the wall and corner posts. Its actually pretty tough.

Thing is there are no real hills in H and H, so the hight advantage depicted in that picture is not possible, neither is the stake defenses. Anyway, video games + realism = shite, so lets not dwell on the idea of palibashing too much
