Erathia?

So I was travelling the wold, and I found this town 'Erathia'. From what I can gather from runestones and the like, it seems to be a German town. The Minimap/me walking round the entire perimiter brickwall shows that the town is huge, but I saw no one.. Does anyone have any info on this place? there are skeletons everywhere.

Also my pearl just popped, yay for me.
