Dear owner of Cloudsdale,

We are a semi new group of people who have spawned and started to build on the other side of the river to your town. We thought you were inactive but we have noticed changes on our trip across to biome where animals spawn. So if you are indeed active please pm me and maybe we can set up trade.

From what I know, if we are talking about the same Cloudsdale that place has been abandoned for months.
