Who says they have to give the village co-ordinates?
Why not just pick a location away from your base, it does not even have to be an established outpost, just a meeting area.

It's a good idea, actually. From what I understand w3 was different though. At the moment I wouldn't be jumping at the chance to give out any information, even a village name. More power to you if you trust in the community enough but I certainly don't.
