Id like to request an exterminator

There is a noob in my village running around with various alts and spamming hearth fires. I have a character to kill him but it will take 2-3 hits. Any takers? I can idol you in.

2-3 hits is the best solution to a problem that needs to end quickly.
Edit: It takes 2 hits to kill a fresh noob anyway. One to knock him out, then another for the death blow.

Break hearthfires first, don't kill the alts until the HFs are gone.

That is the better way to go about it. As they can just continue to spam alts in there. Kill off the main one that's got the HS allowing them to spawn there and revoke all privalges that member has that way he won't be able to spawn anymore.

His village has no claim and is halfway vclaimed, thats not really possible.
