Lady Goo/Dis/Ravian ( Dis provides no justice. )

As a citizen and town owner in your Peace Grid, at some point after June 11th 2012 members of the faction PHP who have since been unmasked as members of Mirror Lake destroyed my town, Second Chapter, at coordinates 29, -72 in the northeast corner of the Peace Grid......









At some point during or after this, by his own admission, Jordan Coles came by and destroyed whatever PHP hadn't already...




I was away from the game for about a month and a half but I'm assuming Jordan Coles is still a member of Dis? If so, not only was my town in the Peace Grid destroyed but part of it was destroyed by a MEMBER of Dis, the one's who are supposed to uphold the peace in the PEACE Grid and punish those who do wrong in it.

This is my formal request for assistance by Ravian/Dis and those who uphold the peace in the Peace Grid to hunt down and punish PHP, Mirror Lake (Same faction) and Jordan Coles all who took part in destroying my town.

I'm sure my fellow Hearthlings and "especially" me fellow Peace Grid dwellers, much like me, will be waiting patiently to see what action Ravian and Dis take in this matter.

Ah! But therein lies to craziness of it. I Moved to the peace Grid and stopped raiding/robbing/etc etc etc so i could be left alone for change and NOT have my characters killed and town destroyed, and EVEN WHEN I WAS AWAY FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS my town get's destroyed, in the Peace Grid no less.

I'm sure other towns have been destroyed and I'm sure that they too went to the persons listed as being the upholders of the law in the Peace Grid, or maybe they didn't, I'm asking for justice for MY town. I can't do it for others I don't know.

First of all, I am going to talk to my people and make sure it won't happen in the future again. We are not white knights and etc. to forbid the PhP movement, althought it is possible for me to restrict them touching the place.

Secondly, as for the justice which is demanded by Painhertz, it is impossible to kill our members in order to please someone's hurted feelings. Moreover, if the audience was reading the Preservation topic, it was said there that even if one of us will do a damage/kill someone within the Supergrid, we won't kill the person but force to provide everything to help the hurt person.
As for painhertz, I've suggested him to apology for the insults he has done and etc. in return that I will provide him goods and safety. However, he is solid in his willing to find someone to hurt (even if it is someone not related, like me) rather than resolve the situation. So, I guess the situation will be left like this.

Thirdly, there are lots of settlements and villages we (DA) were keeping in safe and helping in revenge. In the current stage of the game I totally doubt there will be any new people incoming to the SG. The ones who already live there are living for a long time and were not touched.

Since my village was destroyed in the middle of a two month hiatus of me not playing the game in addition to the fact I lived in that town for a couple of months BEFORE my hiatus, I'm not sure who exactly I'm supposed to apologize to for PHP and Jordan Coles destroying my town. I had no contact with any of these people for about a four month period prior. I never saw it said that if you had issue with someone it's ok to destroy their town in the Peace Grid and Dis will do nothing MUCH LESS having a MEMBER of Dis doing the destroying, There really is no way for you to wiggle out of this Goo. What are you going to do, rebuild my town? Make Coles rebuild it?

What about Kamakazi and Frank etc etc, the members of Mirror Lake who did the majority of destruction to my town? They aren't members of Dis so I'm not sure where your little (If it's a member of Dis that does you something we will do them nothing) clause comes into effect for them, Is it maybe the fact that Mirror Lake is now a bigger faction than Dis and would kick your asses? I'm guessing that's part of it.

Is there EVEN a DIS ANYMORE? I get the feeling that the majority of you probably quit playing due to the lag. I know that after my hiatus I didn't even think that Dis/Apples and Oranges and the Peace Grid even existed, especially since I boated all of the rivers of the Peace Grid in the last couple of days and the whole fucking thing is covered in crime scents.....

All of that aside, you are quite clearly saying that if you or members of Dis don't like the occupants of the Peace Grid not only will they not get justice but they may well be attacked BY DIS ITSELF without any retribution. There IS no Peace Grid. As for Apples and Oranges, I fairly warn the people's of the Hearthlands that shopping there is tantamount to a death sentence. I can't and won't do it anything but i know for a fact that others will.

Yes, so? Why it surprise you so much? I thought it was made clear long time ago. If some guy (and, no, I don't mean you there), who constantly offends/attacks Dis, decide to be smartass and abuse the idea by hiding in this SG, do you really think he will be automatically forgiven?

I'd be happy with "any" implementation of justice but being as how I didn't come up with the concept of the Peace Grid, it's rules or anything about it it's not for me to say. If "I" were running it Jordan Coles would be kicked out of my faction for breaking the rules he should be UPHOLDING as well as for going off the farm with Dis training, gear and backing and harassing people who've never done him a damned thing.

(Again, as said in another thread, he was on my Skype and we were on friendly terms until he used an alt to start a thread dissing me and asking how people would be celebrating my banning from the forums.)

As for the second part, I never attacked nor offended Dis, the only thing I ever did was try to convince Ravian, who at the time I wasn't even aware was a member of Dis NOT to come and attack me when I was bashing an unrelated person 3 or so screens from my town. This is, I might add, about day after, if not the same day that Lady Goo tried to get me to JOIN Dis but I declined.

I don't know about anyone else but if the leader of a faction is willing to add me to their faction, I tend to think I'm on pretty good terms with that faction. Right? I then went immediately to Goo on skype, told her about the situation with Ravian and she promised me he wouldn't be bothering me so I carried on with my business. The next day he shot one of my characters in my town and went on to kill 3? total characters of mine because of a misunderstanding and because although Goo promised I had nothing to worry about from him, she was wrong or lied. (Skype transcripts available upon request)

So far? I see nothing that I've "done" to Dis but let's continue. being as how Jordan Coles was apparently Ravians "plotmate?" he decided he'd get in on the fun and started talking shit on the forums and harassing me at my town leading to him, Ravian or SOMEONE from Dis getting their basher to bash my outer paly and set a ram which they never bothered using oddly enough. ( I used some creative screen shotting in another town to make it look like i had moved all of my shit out.) At some point they finally DID ram into my town but by then everything i had had been moved to Second chapter and they rammed into an empty town. as revenge for the character killings, constant harassment and destruction of my town and/or ability to live there, I popped into Apples and Oranges on an alt and stole a couple of items. now what's important here is the ORDER of the things happening. The one thing I HAVE done Dis, stealing from Ravians booth in the market was done in response to 3 character deaths and the loss/destruction of my entire town i spent all of world 6 building.

As FOR Second Chapter, when I took it over and made it my town, I wasn't even aware that it was in the Peace Grid, I thought the Peace Grid was an SG south of that one so so much for your "he did Dis wrong then tried to hide in the peace Grid" concept. I then spent the better part of two months not bothering anyone and then close to two months not evening playing or posting on the forums but once or twice. i didn't realize it was in the Peace Grid until i had to figure out my coords to give to Realak, who ultimately posted a pm i sent him of said coords leading to PHP and Coles destroying my town.

TL, DR? You are full of shit and I'm still owed justice, of WHATEVER variety.
