I am gona go on every game forum of games that i ahve played and post a bunch of pictures of this game and see if any one will join and add more people. If you want to help out do the same thing on all the games you play so we can get mroe playing this game befor it dies out

Tbh, I'd be far too embarrassed to recommend this game in the current state its in!
Also, not many new players are going to stick around with this lag (which imo seems to be getting worse) and it gives a bad impression of a once good game. Anyone trying it out now is far less likely to come back or recommend it themselves when (if) the issues are resolved.
Not a good way of increasing the player base to advertise it right now.

Ya, the game doesn't need to publicity at the moment. Wait until it's in a fair state that is worth playing. If people come now and lose heart due to the lag then they may very well never come back. Sometimes patience is best. =)
