Is this a legit base?

Hello,
i've found a base, where the claim stake blocks the entry to a cave. As far as i know, you cant destroy the stake. Is that legit?

It's legit as long as its wall can be rammed / destroyed without usage of bugs.
Also you could build a vclaim and revoke the pclaim.

Legit because of two reasons:
-You can destroy the personal claim by building a village claim over it
-You can still enter the cave by building a mine hole next to it

Reminded me of this bugged vault I found above Mt. Ainran

Inside is a cave under 50 tiles out and the inside hits the end of the world. The bugaboosers made a village idol and ported off of the world's edge and then made a house to vault in. Loftar nuked it :p
