Bricks are a good one - some villages will buy thousands of those and any newb can plop down next to a clay node, build a kiln, and fire up some bricks.

Linen Cloth sells pretty well and it's a good one for lowbie farmers because quality doesn't matter. Looms are harder to make than kilns, though.

As far as foraged things, I think blueberries are best to gather in bulk, but you can also sell the foraged curios such as Lady's Mantle, Peculiar Flotsam, Emerald Dragonflies, Ant Soldiers/Empress/Queen, or Stalagoom if you have a surplus of them (I listed those because they have a low or none perc*exp requirement). Personally I prefer to use the curios rather than sell them.

Fish, especially perch, is in demand since it's so annoying to gather and int is desired these days.
