Yet a q130 dhelm which is only about 25% better is valued at 10 pearls?

I'm sorry to say this, but I'm gonna buy a Q130 RoB pair for 9 pearls instead of Q108 for 6 pearls.
The little differences do matter, and that's one damn big difference.

In trade it matters a lot, you grind months in fact for a difference of a few Quality in metals through trees and herb tables etc. Back when I traded (I was the Flap-Tech) guy I always charged a lot more pearls from Q105 to Q115, like a significant increase because the work that went into it for those few Qualitys was a lot!

Items are worth as much as buyer is willing to pay for them. Some find dhelm something not so easy to get, whilst they got an hour/day to hunt for pearls = 5 pearls and dhelm is theirs in one day. Others don't have time and even 5 pearls is much. On other hand some have access to good stuff and midq dhelm as this one is fairly easy to make, so they can even give it up for free if in good mood. So this talk about pricing is irrelevant, each trader should just have his prices and thats it.
