Umm, yes it does. For fried eggs at least the formula is (3*egg q) + frying pan q / 4. I cba to calculate pancake q right now, but suppose it's (3 * average ingredient q) +frying pan q / 4 as well.

i have never traded with anyone that aggro-ed during the trade. its not going to do you any good since if im an asshole i will be one when you have to deaggro me for my return trip.

if you dont want to do the background check needed on people before a trade(sensible traders on both sides do) then build a 2nd idol walled in just for trade.

Idol does have a bw, but it is a precaution. If they don't de-aggro, what good does it do to them? Free items for me then.

Aggro is criminalized more than it should be in trades. If hearthing/v-porting gave any sign when it was being done, then aggro wouldn't be a necessity at all.
