I would suggest not bothering to send out a mass PM that the trade center is open when it is not... Today is the second time that I've gotten a PM and been there within 3 minutes of receiving it, only to find that it has "just closed"...

It's open for 1 hr every day, Check my post time and then check your time, and surly you can work out how long its been open for and when it will close.
There has been some delay in the messages, it gets sent more or less when the market opens, but sometimes there seems to be a delay in receiving, maybe because its being sent to so many people at once.
