Well when we have scents to them and have tracked them back to their village where we know they live, I'm pretty sure we can state who they are.
I wouldn't have stated that they were "Portgas&Co" if I didn't know. I would say that we killed their strongbox basher, but with shitty gear like that I highly doubt it.
