That's the thing. No major seller is selling them. I didn't want to be obnoxious and start my own thread and was just hoping some local would have a spare cape laying around. I guess I misjudged how advanced the town was. Oh well, I'll just make my own thread anyways.

shampizles shop is selling them at q160+. but you might have to pre order.
