If you actually think about it, this was probably just a clever trap to lure people they didn't like right into their hands. And it looks like it worked.

@ Saphireking My work was completely independent of this project. Just happened to be I tracked a murder perp from Harry's village (not located in the peacefull SG) from a place off the peacefull SG into it, when I found him, I K.O'd and asked questions. Then left off the peacefull SG towards Painhertz place and killed him there. From my understanding you will not be attacked by Dis or Ainran members in this SG unless you have recenelty murdered a bunch of people.

So I wonder what makes you think it was a trap?

I was under the impression Painhertz went to check it out, where you killed him in front of the guards while they did nothing. I'm not talking about you killing him, if it was anywhere else that's fine. I'm talking about how Dis makes a peaceful zone but provides amnesty to the rule for people they like, it's totally hypocritical.

Now if this isn't true forgive me, it's just what I've deciphered so far.
