What? I'm just saying it makes the moderators look bad when one guy is banning someone and then a couple minutes later another mod goes "don't really understand why he was banned" and then later the ban is overturned. Usually stuff like that is discussed behind the scenes before such decisions are made. "Cohesive" just means that they should be working together, or at least give that outward appearance. When you've got one guy saying one thing and another guy saying something completely different it kind of undermines the authority of the group.

I quite like that they feel that they can make independent judgments. If that means that those decisions are sometimes overturned then I'm fine with that. I don't think of them as an "administrative unit", but as knights of my round table. Again, this, and how it isn't a democracy &c&c.
