So does it mean if I trade for other games' items makes my post illegal?

If at any point the conversion turns to real world currency then it is illegal. Otherwise it should be fine.

it is not you who decide such a thing, teck.
Mateusz should know what he tries to "trade" is not his property as long as jorb claims all data belongs to him and loftar, (also other games items belog to the said game maker/owner/publisher/whoever claims.)

Fair enough, I'm likely getting ahead of myself. My interpretation of it always was the exchange of actual money though.

I dunno my interpretation is that admins added this rule because some might earn money over their product without their permission, which is evil.
If I am trading other game's items it should be legal as long as the items from that game aren't legally traded (by permissions of their creators) into real cash. But these are just my guesses.

it's actually a way to walk it over

You can't sell items for a real money BUT you can sell time you spend to make this item.

anyway buying stuff for money is a perfect way to ruin gameplay and make game completly boring.

It's your game and you can make up whatever rules you wish, but please don't try and act like this has anything to do with the legality of "selling game data". It's pretty pathetic actually.

As is your mother. The point is one of legality, not philosophy. I understand perfectly well that ingame crap can and will be accorded prices in terms of real world money regardless of what rules I may make about it. The point that the transaction will not enjoy the protection of law is very real.

Then why word your post in a such a way that is completely misleading and factually incorrect? There is, 1000%, nothing illegal about selling game account or item for real world money. At all. Ever. The fact that you worded your post to ensue this makes you either seem like you have no idea what you're talking about, or you're just assuming that we're too naive to know any better.

Cobalt does have a point, but only in the fact that no goods are changing hands. only money. you(player A) are paying Player B 10$ to have Character B(owned by Jorb) give goods(owned by Jorb) to Character A(owned by Jorb). Theoretically This could be thrown out on a technicality due to the fact that no electronic goods are transferring ownership, simply being moved around the server. This may be part of why most big name MMOs constantly deal with gold sellers.

I'm not supporting the actions of "selling" in game goods for real world funds. just wanted to put in my 2 cents.
