Based on what he's asking for, I doubt he has the constitution to make Q50 leehes, let alone continuously farm up 200 of them since of the SHP loss.

Higher Q leeches heal more HHP and damage more SHP leeches. Good q leeches save you murder, ko someone and reverse pickpocket them.
