There's a place on the map where you can get it for free (if you don't mind vandalizing).

lol you were "soil spot guy" on my kin list.
I found the soil spot just exploring one day but you had your claim by it. Since your claim wasn't over the high spot I just assumed you were some noob who didn't know what he was doing. Sorry for declaiming you but I wanted to make sure I had a big enough claim that people wouldn't be able to dig it down and the area between the 2 claims was still like q50ish.

No problem. I made a noob move not to claim the highest spot.
Problem was that some people quit playing 2 day after I found this spot. I thought that I will expend claim faster but then I also stopped playing as much as I did before.
Never mind it was exciting experience because I was competing (in my head
) you in building village claim (to declaim you). When you made your village claim I have had everything prepared to build mine.
Only thing that I resent (little) you back then is taking everything when you destroyed my stake claim.
I only have one question. Did you gave me any rights on that claim because I could take stuff without any theft skill.
However everything ended well. You didn’t kill me and I am now living in much better place.
