So my village karun ang has a BW, l4 mine, having all basic materials. 4-5 Mansions stocked full of cupboards and random goodies. Comes with keys to BWed mine, palisade mine, and some other place. All crops are Q100ish. There is no village gate, only means of exiting the BW are CR porting, they have already been set up. Q50-60 trees are planted and signposts full of those blocks are throughout the village, Q60 kilns and ovens are present. And all leftover gear is for the taking ALOT of q70ish herb tables. No animals.
