Selling Pheonix Village.

Postby mitchdevano » Sun Mar 11, 2012 8:49 am

I am currently selling my old village which has a decently large outer brick wall as well as a inner brick wall surrounding the Idol.
There are crossroads already leading out of the village and a few houses. There is however no valuables here whats so ever and is pretty much empty.
The outer surrounding brick wall has taken 9955 bricks and the inner brick wall has taken 2575 bricks to create.
Along with the village you will receive keys to both my Cave that is not far off as well as another iron level 1 mine.

EDIT: --
Ah yes You will probably want to destroy the crossroads once you arrive which is extremely easy. I will go ahead and place a ram Up on the vital points.
I can go ahead and try and fit your precautions to the best of my ability as long as they are not so over the top that You will be able to scam me once we make the trade. EG I will not login the keyalt or LS until I see the goods.

Here are some screenshots of the place.

I will be accepting only easy to sell items which means No silver!
I will be accepting pearls as a main source of payment. Starting bid 10 pearls.

Interesting. If I were a buyer I'd ask for you to setup counter rams to bash the outer BW gates/any other important gated areas. Far too easy for you to just make a key copy. Another thing a smart buyer should do is bash any existing cross roads and put in new ones of their own before moving in mains/decent items. If these steps aren't taken, there's nothing to stop him from porting back inside once you move in. Not saying that he would but it'd be pretty damn easy.

Good point. I will do this to the best of my ability to make sure these precautions are met for the buyer.

Sorry dude, not trying to shit on your thread it's just something a buyer should think about. If you offer the service (even if you slap on an extra fee) then there's nothing they can qq about later.

That was a legitimate suggestion. I'm not looking to fuck anyone over so its understandable.
