As title says. Buying mulberry tree 100+q on 6th stage. How I buy it? You get YOUR soil and YOUR water into YOUR pot, you put YOUR mulberry seed in it and put it on YOUR herbalist table. When it will sprout, you message me, I come and pick up pot with tree and pay you for tree. I go to mine place, plant it and teleport back to give you pot back.

I don't have much but I can offer: bluebell, flotsam, few enthroned toads, few edels, few glimmermoss and maybe I can find up some web's. Everything is in range 20-30q.

Name your price. I will buy it from someone who will give me nice price and will be willing to sell me good herbalist tables later.
Major requirement with seller is also you are respectable trader.

That is never a problem to go out and farm some more curios. I only don't give pearls away. I need a good price and service.

You will have to trust me as I will have to trust you. If I don't return pot you can write here on forums and nobody will trade with me, if you give me lower q tree instead good one I can wrote that you didn't hold your part of the deal and you lose customers.
I will return pot, I just need one tree and I don't want to spend resources on soil, water and pot that I won't need after that.

That pot is worth so much more than what you're offering is the issue. That pot is arguably more valuable than the tree and the trade.
