Selling village in protected SG with brickwall, claimed water spot 68q and well 53q inside. I prefer bricks as payment but will listen to other offers.

Is there a way I can have your village and pay 'rent' in bricks until I have paid you off?

I'm under the impression that Dis and Ainran have annexed the peace SG for use for...well... peaceful folk, I'm not sure how you can "Sell" a village there that is essentially owned by Dis/Ainran until someone moves in?

See it as a loan. The village owners get protection from DiS&Ainran in exchange for not attacking/looting others in the SG.

Last time I checked, village was still mine, I have ls there. Dis and Ainran claimed this grid as a peacefull piece of hearthlands, not as their own land, so what is the problem? Thread where Freya explains about peacefull SG sounds like a spur for new settlers and I give them the opportunity for having their own place with a good start.
It is good place to live, cus most griefers avoid this SG, still those brave one won't do anything cus of brickwall. If you want to have a satelite with quite good well, or medium ql water spot, you can have it! Or maybe an easy access to Apples for Oranges (I think even 10 agi is enough to jump from my village)?
I don't see a problem in paying in installments, but till the village won't be repaid I will keep the ls account.

Long time ago someone bashed in to steal great q1 crops. Cus this place was only a water spot where nobody lived, there was no need to repair it.
