Just going to say here, Q110+ any metal requires Q90 ore, or spiralling. It's going to be super expensive, and you will have more luck finding a Q90 ore node then buying one.

i doubt you can make q110 cast without spiralling
even with troll clay, you can only make q115 smelter at max

and with dis super kiln, and 175 board as fuel and coal
(175*3 + 97) / 4 = 155 coal

q90 ore * 2 + q155 coal + q115 smelter = q112 cast iron

1. i'm not sure if dis will borrow the kiln for you
2. and q175 board will need q115 tree which is only ramones has (currently) i believe
3. and having q115 smelter, don't think anyone have it yet

solution ?
you need to arrange this with ramones if you're ready to offer a q300 troll skull for each q110 cast

Q 102 smelter and Q 150 coal both of which is realistic without a Q 97 kiln, will be Q 108 bars with Q 90 ore.
Spiral one on that Q 108 bar would be Q 129 which to get 7 of them bars you would probably only need around 5-8 cupboards of that ore. It all depends on luck i have done it in less.

On a side note i can sell you Q 110+ copper bars for a cauldron if you would like price is 2 pearls = 1 bar.

thats why i said i doubt one can make q110+ without spiralling
q150 coal is hard to come by, even with q85 kiln and q170 boards it turns out q148 though

oh well....

What is this spiralling you talk about? You mean trying to convert cast iron into wrought and cross fingers to get cast back with higher quality?

This never works actually as you spend too much iron, coal and time to get just few bars out.

You can do it for something like a smithy's hammer since that only takes 2 bars, and maybe even an anvil, but otherwise spiraling is not worth the effort.
