What are some things worth buying, but nobody is selling?

I was thinking about what things might be worth adding to our trade thread and it occurred to me that maybe I should ask the forums what kind of things they wish were sold. I'm talking about convenience or novelty items, or sets of items. Lets brainstorm together.

What are some things that are not available in any active shops?

I would like to buy barrels of ~100q milk from time to time. Some people sell it but in practice they usually dont have milk atm and i need to wait or they dont respond at all. So its hard to find some1 who can sell milk.

these are what i was looking for:
~q20 milk, simply for cheese, and high q milk is too expensive
any q black pepper, it is never enough for a meal
bear buthering / bear meat cooking / www crafting service, it was easy to kill a bear, but it took long to bring up a char with enough sur to butcher it
wall grade wrought/steel and silk cloth, so few shops are selling them

I'm not talking about high q resources or things like that (we don't have those), I mean convenience or novelty items, or sets of items. Lets brainstorm together.

What are some things that are not available in any active shops?

Basically:

1) Pepper. I'd buy a lot (and I did, when s-ne was selling shaker per 75 pts/1 pearl)
2) Food. There is always lack of food @ the market. Even sausages like lambsausages/cow chorizos would work, atm everyone has q100+ animals i guess, and it's 2 dead animals per lc of sausages that are on par with baked goods.

I have a few thoughts here.
As some know I've been doing a far amount of trading the last few weeks both buying and selling.

The first main question is: Who should be selling what and who should be buying what?
The big shops mostly tend to sell the high Q / elite-rare items that your average Joe can't get or make. They tend to buy labor intensive or time consuming things like food and forageables.

Now it would be great if I could buy hundreds of linen from the shops but what shop would want to spend all day making linen to sell?
I'd also like to buy wallgrade wrought and steel. A few shops sell it but at the prices asked and the amount I need i find it better to just go mine ore myself. The same applies for food. I'd love to buy it. trade something that takes me only a few minutes to make for 3 hours of baking.....

Lets say I have a Q300 troll skull ...whats it worth that I can't just trade other lesser valueable things for. It's value is either lessened by trading it for stuff or priceless cause it won't ever get traded.

but anyway ...I'd like to see more wrought, steel, and linen sold..if the price is right.

Heh, there is one thing some people were thinking of selling. The most valuable thing over h&h... but noone is really selling it or have organisation to.

Information.

Can be about anything, starting from some clay nodes map, ending by the mapping of the new settlements, gathering the information about their leader/number of people/stage of the development. Can be anything related to the information, maybe some tutorials, or village/factory design. I bet, the people working over such things would be payed quite a lot and been highly demanded.
