I think you should specify what food you sell. And what is troughs? Common trade unit of food is large chest.

You should write something like:

sell:

lc of q100+ pumpkin pies - 75pts
lc of q100+ lamb sausages - 100pts
...

buy:

edel - 10pts
glimmermoss - 3pts
...
