My boyfriend and I have become nomadic so our old (semi established) home is sitting with out an owner and caretaker!
There is livestock, farms and plenty of other necessities.
There is a big strong palisade encasing this rather odd shaped but roomy settlement, plenty of space to expand and build as you please.
There is also a made mineshaft (with tin and copper!).
Both of these plots are still claimed and there is a key alt waiting to give you your new homes key!!!
