Both have palisades and silk production (a trade item) but no metals. That also means only one key.
One is fairly well developed with decent Q crops and near water, the other is more remote and less well developed meaning lower Q crops, no traveler's sack and no tobacco (yet). World map coordinates are known but not given here for obvious reasons.
Post or PM me with questions/interest. I might be a tad slow in responding, real life can do that, but I will respond.

[Edit} Second Hermitage now has a traveler's sack. Finally, hauling mulberry leaves is less of a PITA.

Thanks for requesting clarification. I can't believe I missed that obvious point.

This is a complete give away. The key, alt vault goodies, local knowledge if it is wanted, the whole works.
I will work to make it a smooth transition. The only condition I will impose is that it not become a greifer den.
I may continue playing H&H, but will only do so at these locations if the new owner(s) want me to. Depending on their stats, it may be beneficial to them if I continue to play a minor role, at least for a while.

I can certainly continue doing some of the farming while the new owner levels up. In one location, this will not take very long. In my more developed location it may. I have my grapes there near Q 120, but they are my highest Q crop.

Why would anyone take a place without pics or ANY proof the place exists? You suck at details.
And anyways, what's the worst I could do? If it has a palisade it's safe from me.
