The Republic of Melsonia - Recruitment suspended

Let the cry echo throughout the hearthlands, Melsonia has flung open its doors and invites the clamouring workers to once again unite under Her red banner!

Glorious Leader asks for:
  • Hard working proletariat, willing to spend hours at a time toiling side by side with their revolutionary brothers. The equivalent of three or four per day would ensure a suitable level of national pride and camaraderie.
  • Access to Skype. The indoctrination doesn't end at the Hearthland.
  • Players that enjoy their Haven and Hearths. Play the game in front of you or don't, whiners need not apply.
  • Community minded players interested in building something bigger than themselves.

Glorious Leader offers you:
  • A long standing and mature community built by calloused, patriotic hands.
  • A nation that trusts its people. You'll find no fortified private plots here; if you cannot trust your brothers and sisters with your plow, you can't trust them with your life.
  • A political and legal system open to the people at all levels.
  • Many scenic communes to potentially live in and experience communism first hand under the watchful eye of the Mother Land.

Current openings in the People's Popular Revolution:

  • Hunters & foragers, be bold! Be brave! Join Melsonia and be the hand that feeds the bodies and brains of a nation while evading the un-manly fists of our enemies.
  • Metal workers, oh you hard headed and anti-social drunks, we know that's not beer in your tankards but concentrated national pride. Tastes like victory.
  • Any other job if, and only if, you consider yourself an exemplar of the craft. If your snake tunnels do not drive grown men to hysterical tears of joy, if your farms do not spontaneously harvest themselves out of reverence for your mere passing, then you do not qualify.

Become a hero of the people, apply now!

Experience: Been playing for about 5 months now but I've successfully lived as a hermit on multiple occasions as well as lived in villages such as Norrath, Cult45, Rukia etc. Recently died due to hostiles in my area but beforehand I had a decent mine/farm with livestock. I enjoy tracking scents, cooking various foods and hunting with mm. Looking to relocate/start fresh since my area is not safe in the slightest (nothern part of the map)
Age:23
Time Zone:EST
Proffesion Requested:Chef, hunter/forager, ranger
Language Spoken:English
Country: Canada

PS. My computer is unable to run skype for some reason it crashes whenever I log on... I can try and get it working if accepted though. In the mean time I can be reached through AIM or MSN

experience :i've been playing for about 2 weeks? my explore is in the 20's currently, i also have yeomanry, archery, boat crafting and leather making (if that says anything? )
age: 24
timezone: ast (gmt -4 ) (est +1 )
country: canada
language: english...some gaelic, and horrible french
activity level: i'm on on a nightly basis after work for a few hours, exploring and finding curiosities or hunting/fishing as i need, i can be more active as required

profession: my over all goal is to become a hunter/ranger i'm working on my exploration currently so as to find better curiosities for trading/use, when I'm satisfied with my explore skill i'll be increasing my survival and then finally my marksman,
currently i'm a fisherman by trade as i feel i should increase my skills more before attempting hunting anything bigger then a boar.
i'm looking for a village that is as active as i am, and, with whom i can rely on, as i'm a hunter i do a lot of traveling around and do not have the patience/time normally to farm/watch crops... as such i am looking for a village to help me in my quest for improvement (mainly a farmer who can farm carrots) in exchange i can deliver fish and any other supplies (bones, hides, meat, seeds, etc etc) i find and don't need/don't mind sharing (pretty much anything except i like to keep the curiosities for myself ) a spot to sleep behind a wall, or even a small storage shack (which i don't mind building myself ) where i can store my items of interest without fear of theft.

a place with a milking cow would be nice aswell, as i wish to increase my perception, carrots and carrot cake would come in handy

long term goals - a full set of ranger gear and/or the ability to 1hit kill a troll with an arrow n.n

act of patriotism
-happy dance- ^(^.^)^ (>^.^)> <(^.^<)
more to follow when i'm accepted
